Start date: September 15, 2008 There are five options for registration: Early, Late, Early Student, Late Student, and Guest Conference Dinner Fee. Registration"If you are interested in attending the conference and have not yet registered you may still do so. If you would like to submit an abstract please contact the Conference Chair, Douglas Bartlett (dbartlett@ucsd.edu), as soon as possible." Registration fees will be $400 for fully paying participants and $200 for students and accompanying persons. The registration fees include a copy of the program/abstract booklet, a copy of the proceedings, all refreshments including lunches during the symposium, all receptions, and general bus transportation during the symposium. Accompanying persons will not receive an abstract booklet and a copy of the proceedings. The deadline for abstracts submitted electronically through this web site is April 30, 2005. All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. Decisions on acceptance and allocation as a talk or poster (if necessary due to the number of presentations) will be made by July 1, 2005.
